Just another regular diamond engagement ring store, offering all from Vera Wang princess cut to Neil Lane emerald cut, and many other different styles cushion engagement rings, halo diamonds and more. Jared has been in the market for over 20 years, and it seems that the company still works old fashion, not offering any advantage at their online website. Jared is being constantly greedy about making a customer account- an option that for us no longer exists, we believe in low prices for everyone, and not a yearly fee for just a membership. Though we were able to find some very nice diamond engagement rings, we also found an unreasonably bad customer service and salespersons, so that it is so hard for us to find a good word out there that is written on Jared that is not published on their official website. An online chat that we were hoping to get, was offline the entire time we were around looking for Jared reviews, and no e-mail could be found to leave a message.

It is nice and easy to go thru the variety of engagement rings, cuts and prices, but yet it only seems as a department store simple journey thru shelves. The filter and search engine are OK and you will be able to make your way thru the various options.

Jared might be one of the biggest store chains in the US, but when it comes to variety, we find the engagement ring variety pretty medium according to the size of the company. By the way, if the variety is not as big as expected, why not making an effort to specialize in each and every piece?

When we were online, the chat was unavailable, and surprisingly we could not find any e-mail address to contact as well. We believe that the lack of availability is the whole story of customer service on Jared is why the main reason for the large number of complaint.

Get to know “Jared Credit Center”, which allows various financing offers, monthly payments and more. Jared accepts major credit cards but we haven’t found any PayPal option. As for shipping, Jared offers an overnight shipping on business nights, as all engagement rings are insured.

My fiancé and I purchased my ring and 2 custom wedding bands from Jared in Annapolis in March 20, 2015. Since that time and through no fault of my own, stones have fallen out on 4 separate occasions. Some stones I’ve found, some I didn’t. During my engagement, Jared had my ring more than I. They refuse to give me last names, email addresses, or phone numbers for help. The District Manager, who would only identify himself as Michael, said a lawyer would take his side because he’s offering to continue to fix and replace the lost stone no matter how many times it falls out, for life. My wedding is in 22 days and I have no ring to wear. I need a refund so I can purchase a ring that doesn’t require repair every few months. HELP!
Oh my god, that sounds baaaad. I hope everything turns out for the best, I would demonstrate outside their shop and warn people from going in! Think you should go looking for a ring elsewhere and pray to be refunded from Jared.
