Three- customer service agents are consistently blamed for rudeness, inaccuracy and unhelpful, way more than other retailers customer service agents.

i got my fiancee engagement ring on szul.com. i find the website very easy to use and i looked for a few other websites that were too busy for me. szul just made it easy to filter and i easily found something in my budget. i personally didnt have any reaction with customer service so i cannot say anything about it. delivery was fast and my fiancee wears her ring daily for 3 month already without any issues.
szul are the best! all i can say is thank you! i did read about others comments, some were good and some were awful, i was looking for quite a while and szul’s people helped me with no pressure, didn’t ask to join their membership card or anything, when i sent them some pics from other sites they showed me engagement rings that were very similar and even improved carat weight and prices! the package was great, i liked the tracking option and that price includes the warranty, unlike some stores i went to who wanted an extra charge!

I definitely feel the rings from Szul are of much lower quality than any other place I’ve been with. I feel their diamonds are of the worst quality, are arguable if they are jewelry-grade diamonds, and their in-house made certificates are not worth the plastic they’re printed on. However, their customer service has been outstanding, and I have had nothing but good things to say for their service and support.

Zero customer service. I ordered 3 items in Sterling silver and received gold plated instead. I have contacted them twice and have not received an answer from them.

Had bought a couple of items from Szul and have never yet got a chance to wear it. Kept it in original box at home and the plating had worn off!!! Never even got a chance to wear it. Called the company and they were of no help!
